Shellppon HSG Series Hydraulic Cylinder External Hydraulic Hose
Shellppon HSG Series Hydraulic Cylinder External Hydraulic Hose
Shellppon HSG Series Hydraulic Cylinder External Hydraulic Hose
HSG series Engineering hydraulic cylinders are double-acting, single-rod, earring-installed hydraulic cylinders, and are widely applicable to hydraulic systems. The matched external hydraulic hoses are tailored to its working conditions, ensuring stable pressure oil transmission and efficient piston movement. They are widely used in hydraulic systems of construction, hoisting, transportation and mining machinery.

Hydraulic Hose & Fitting Selection Guide
1. Hydraulic Hose Selection (Matching 16 MPa Working Pressure)
For high vibration and frequent assembly/disassembly scenarios, high-pressure steel wire braided hoses are preferred. Matching details:

Cylinder Bore Range Recommended Hose Type Min. Rated Pressure
40~80 mm 1-layer steel wire braided hose (1SN) ≥21 MPa
90~250 mm 2-layer steel wire braided hose (2SN) ≥21 MPa
Fixed long-distance pipeline 20# seamless carbon steel pipe ≥21 MPa

2. Oil Port & Fitting Specification
Standard oil port is internal thread for easy assembly. Matching specs:

Cylinder Bore (mm) Oil Port Thread Recommended Fitting
40, 50 M14×1.5 Compression type male thread to hose
63, 80 M18×1.5 Compression type male thread to hose
90, 100, 125 M27×2 Heavy-duty compression type
140~250 M33×2 / Flange Flange fitting (optional)

3. Hose Inner Diameter Calculation (Optimized for 16 MPa System)
Hose inner diameter matching (direct application):

Cylinder Bore (mm) Max. Flow (L/min) Recommended Inner Diameter (mm)
40~80 ≤25 8~10
90~125 25~60 12~16
140~250 60~150 19~25

Installation Specifications
1. Pipeline Layout Principles
Hose bending radius ≥ 8× outer diameter; fix with pipe clamps (400~600 mm interval).

Avoid piston rod trajectory and sharp edges; add protective sleeves if needed.

2. Quick Assembly & Disassembly Skills
Use quick-disconnect fittings for frequent disassembly; no need to drain oil.

Lubricate seals before installation; tighten manually + 1/4 wrench turn to avoid slipping.

3. Pipeline Notes for Cylinders with Buffer Devices
Buffer device oil port: separate connection, no parallel with main port.

Run cylinder 3~5 times under no load to discharge air after installation.

Maintenance Guidelines
1. Daily Inspection
Monthly: Check hose for bulges/cracks/exposed wires; check steel pipe for rust/leakage.

Inspect joint tightness, especially in high-vibration areas.

2. Regular Maintenance
Quarterly: Replace fluororubber seals to prevent aging leakage.

Annually: Replace hoses; derust and antirust steel pipes.

3. Fault Quick Handling
Leakage: Retighten loose joints; replace aging seals/damaged hoses.

Cylinder crawling: Loosen the return joint and reciprocate to discharge air.
