Core Advantages
Premium Material & Stable Structure

Cylinder barrel and piston rod are made of high-quality materials such as 45#, 40Cr, 42CrMo4, SUS304 or SUS316. Adopts double-acting single-rod design with simple structure and reliable operation, effectively adapting to the alternating impact load during excavator operation. Earrings are processed by die forging, ensuring high structural strength.

Precision Manufacturing & Durability

Cylinder barrel tolerance reaches H8, inner bore roughness Ra 0.2~0.4 μm; piston rod surface smoothness is 0.15~0.2 μm, chrome plating thickness is 30~50 μm, and quenching hardness up to HRC50-60, with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Installation Specifications for Excavator Application
1. Pipeline Layout Principles
Hose bending radius ≥ 8× outer diameter; fix with pipe clamps at intervals of 400~600 mm to avoid hose damage caused by excavator vibration.

Avoid the trajectory of the excavator piston rod and sharp edges of the equipment; add protective sleeves if necessary to prevent hose abrasion.

2. Quick Assembly & Disassembly Skills
Use quick-disconnect fittings for frequent disassembly scenarios (such as excavator maintenance), no need to drain oil, saving maintenance time.

Lubricate seals before installation; tighten manually + 1/4 wrench turn to avoid slipping and ensure sealing performance.

3. Pipeline Notes for Cylinders with Buffer Devices
The oil port of the buffer device shall be connected separately and not parallel with the main oil port to ensure the normal operation of the buffer function during excavator start and stop.

After installation, run the cylinder 3~5 times under no load to discharge air, avoiding cylinder crawling during excavator operation.
