Solution Design & Implementation

1. Custom Cylinder Engineering

• ASTM A516 Grade 70 carbon steel cylinder barrel (1.5x thicker than original)
• Hard-chromed piston rod (60 HRC surface hardness) with corrosion-resistant coating
• Dual V-packing seals (PTFE + nitrile rubber) for high-pressure sealing (16 MPa working pressure)
• Integrated position sensors for real-time load monitoring

2. Compatibility & Testing

Prior to installation, we conducted:

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate load-bearing capacity (safety factor = 2.5)
