Structure Composition
The core structure consists of cylinder barrel, piston, sealing assembly, charging valve and oil inlet/outlet.
The cylinder body is mostly made of high-strength alloy steel, ensuring excellent pressure resistance and structural stability.
The piston is usually made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel, and surface treatment is performed to improve wear resistance and seal life.
Working Principle
High-pressure hydraulic oil enters the accumulator cavity and pushes the piston to move towards the gas side, compressing the pre-charged inert gas and converting hydraulic energy into gas potential energy for storage. When the system pressure drops, the compressed gas expands to push the piston back, releasing the stored energy back to the system in the form of hydraulic oil.
